Top 10 Luxury Listings in Sarasota

Let’s discuss the top-tier luxury real estate for sale in Southwest Florida. As we all know, an abundance of wealth pours into this area on a daily basis. In order to satisfy the demand of retiring baby boomers to millennials with solid portfolios, southwest Florida has been billowing with new construction building. Even with all the new building, the top 10 list of residential real estate properties is as stable as ever. And, none of them are new construction. All 10 homes, including the three newcomers, share are a prime waterfront location and lots of square footage. Some have ties to Sarasota history, including one owned by descendants of one of our most prominent pioneers. The value of 6 of the 7 homes has risen in value over the last 3 years (since 2016), one by more than $2.5 million.
